We loaded up the boat with our last bits of gear and all of my toys. It got very windy and it blew off my hat into the water. Daddy jumped into the water and saved my hat (which has a picture of Tweety bird from Movie World). I made my bed and banged my head on the fan while doing it (which hurt).
Nicholas was holding onto our tender "Mudlark", the boat moved and Nicholas almost fell in the water but he held onto the rope that was between Mudlark and yacht Morning Light and only got his pants and feet wet.
When it was raining, my bedroom (cabin) started to leak water. Daddy stuck a tea towel to stop the boat sinking. I feel so much safer having such a handy Daddy on board. Even worse, I forgot my umbrella so there was no way I could have stayed dry without the magic tea towel.
It is very windy today, so we are not going to leave Pittwater yet.
